The service life of a treatment system is decided before it is installed. Equipment chosen without knowing the composition of the raw water, the required flow rate and the intended use of the water comes back within the first year as lost capacity or unexpected consumable costs.
That is why every job starts with a site visit and a raw water assessment. The resulting project shows which treatment stages are needed, in what order they will operate, and how the system will be tied into the plant’s existing line.
We inspect the area where the system will be installed, the existing pipework and the power and drainage options in person. In most projects the constraint is not the equipment but the layout and the connection points.
The raw water analysis tells you which stages are genuinely required. Parameters such as hardness, suspended solids, chlorine and conductivity directly determine the scope of the pretreatment and the choice of membrane.

We prepare something you can actually decide on: a flow diagram, the stages, an equipment list and the footprint the system will occupy in the plant. That way the quote is not a single lump sum but a document showing what was chosen and why.
