Commissioning is the stage at which a system is seen to actually work. Every stage is started in turn, the measurement points are read, and everything is reviewed together with the plant’s operators.
We also work on existing systems: because we are brand-independent, we can carry out membrane, resin and equipment replacement on the system you already have.
The whole line is run from raw water through to permeate; pressure, flow rate and permeate quality are measured. Operating conditions are set from the control panel.
We also work on systems we did not build. To find the source of a fault we first read the measurement points and determine at which stage of the system the loss is occurring.
