Membrane replacement is the most decisive maintenance job on an RO system. Whatever brand the system is, if the replacement and the commissioning that follows are not done correctly, the expected capacity is never reached.
We work brand-independently: we supply the membranes for your existing system, replace them and recommission the unit. On our active project in Alaşehir we are carrying out the replacement of 48 × 8" membranes and the commissioning of the system.
The measurement points are read and the stage where the loss occurs is identified.
A suitable membrane is selected; lead times and alternatives are shared.
The vessels are opened, the membranes replaced and the seals checked.
The system is started up and pressure and permeate quality are measured.
When the permeate flow rate drops below what is expected.
